Intelligent Process Automation and Business Continuity: Areas for Future Research

Robotic process automation and intelligent have gained a foothold in the of business processes, using blocks software (bots). These agents interact with systems through interfaces, replacing human intervention aim improving efficiency, reducing costs mitigating risks by ensuring enforcing compliance measures. However, there are aspects incorporation this new reality within continuity lifecycle that still unclear, which need to be evaluated. This study provides multivocal literature review robotic correlated continuity, identify level awareness these two emerging forms management lifecycle. Based on reviewed literature, develops discussion main research areas for investigation, identifying what is attracting attention practitioners researchers they highlight as promising future research.
